Come join the fun at our U-Pick! Not sure what a U-Pick event is? It’s a fun way to wonder our rows of flowers, selecting the blooms you desire, and creating your own unique bouquet. Grab a buddy, a vase, and some snips to create a stunning bouquet and make unforgettable moments! I'll have a table ready with some pre-cut dahlia blooms. You are not able to harvest your own dahlias do to my sanitation practices for those particular flowers. However, feel free to wander into the flower field and gather 15 to 20 blooms from the summer annual rows. We encourage you to bring your own snips or scissors. We have some snips available, but if you bring your own, a quick dip in our bleach solution is a must. Walk-ins are welcome if we have not sold out prior to the event starting. Upon arrival, I will have you complete the registration on our website. Spots are limited. Check out here to reserve your spot. Enjoy wandering through our garden, searching for the perfect bloom! I will have pre-cut buckets full of dahlia blooms. At this time, I’m asking that you please do not cut from the dahlia field. I have new varieties that I am adding this season and want to monitor their bloom production. I also have specific sanitation practices in place when harvesting dahlias. When creating your bouquet masterpieces, please limit to 5 dahlia blooms from the pre-cut buckets. You are able to pick either 15- or 20 blooms from the annual field (depending on how many dahlias you select) so 20 blooms total per bouquet. On the form, please select the date(s) that you are able to attend. If you select more than one date, add the corresponding quantity number before checking out. Example - if you select 2 dates, please adjust qty to 2. Kids are welcome. However, I am offering a specific kids/family event option on Saturday 8/16 and Saturday 9/6. If this is something you are interested in, please check out our Kid U-Pick option. With the purchase of an adult ticket, 10 years old and under cost $15 and can use pint size mason jars. Children under the age of 18 to 11, will be charged $20. Minors that are under the age of 18, please have your parent’s permission to attend an event. We prefer all minors to be accompanied by an adult. Please note, we have made exceptions for 17-16 year olds to attend the U-Pick as a fun date night or girl’s night. We ask that the parents of these individuals send me a quick email approving of them attending. Any youth that is 15 and under needs to be accompanied by an adult to the U-Pick. Also, please be mindful that the ground is uneven. Every one should be careful carrying scissors or snips while walking in the fields, but parents PLEASE be extra cautious with your kiddos. Do not let them run around or set snips down in the field.

*These are tentative dates based on weather. If we need to cancel due to weather, your “ticket” will apply to the following weeks U-Pick. There will not be refunds given for the 2025 U-Pick season due to weather and/or if you are unable to make the following week work in your schedule.
