Delivery Charge - PLATTEVILLE RESIDENTS ONLY Spring, Summer 5 weeks, and Fall
Delivery options available for LOCAL Platteville, WI residents only. Delivery options are $25 for each of the following subscriptions - Spring, Summer 5 week, and Fall. If you order three separate subscriptions and would like each subscription delivered, you will need to add three delivery fees. (The delivery fee is $50 for the Summer 10 week subscription option.) You MUST select the correct delivery option, that corresponds with the subscription you purchased. If no delivery option is selected, you (or the individual you are gifting the subscription to) are agreeing to pick up your flower bouquets in the farm stand on Mondays.

When completing the subscription order form, please make sure you have a. physical address on the form. If this is for a gift, please make sure that the gift recipient’s address is on the form as well.
